Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your Account page and click "Manage Billing". You can cancel there. Your paid access continues until the end of the billing period.
I was charged but my plan didn't upgrade.
Email support@painscout.ai with the subject "Billing / refund request", your account email and payment date, and we'll sort it out within 1 business day.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email support@painscout.ai with the subject "Privacy request" and ask for account deletion. We'll delete everything within 30 days.
I found a bug or something isn't working.
Email support@painscout.ai with the subject "Support request", a description, and if possible a screenshot. We ship fixes fast.
